Why This Role Is Different

Raleigh has become one of the most competitive business markets in the Southeast, and our firm is growing alongside it. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain accounts. We are looking for an Account Manager who can drive client success, identify expansion opportunities, and act as a genuine partner to the organizations we serve.

You will join a specialized financial advisory practice focused on liquidity management, corporate treasury, cash flow optimization, and working capital strategy. Our clients include industrial corporations, commercial enterprises, financial institutions, and investment funds. This is a role for a professional who wants to deepen their expertise in a high-demand financial niche while taking ownership of client relationships.

You will report to a Senior Account Manager and work closely with teams across Financial Consulting, Treasury Advisory, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationship Leadership

Take ownership of a portfolio of domestic and international clients. Serve as the primary relationship contact, ensuring day-to-day operational coordination, administrative workflows, and recurring reporting are executed smoothly and client expectations are consistently met.

Commercial Growth & Upselling

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Lead commercial conversations, support renewal negotiations, and drive upselling of our treasury advisory, cash flow optimization, and working capital services.

Advisory Engagement Support

Partner with senior consultants to gather and analyze client financial data. Assist in preparing reports, executive-level presentations, and commercial proposals. Monitor project milestones and escalate issues that require senior attention.

Client Onboarding & Transition

Guide new clients through the initial phases of our relationship. Provide clear information about our service model, collect required documentation, and coordinate a smooth project launch. Ensure a seamless handoff from commercial discussions to delivery execution.

Performance Reporting & Analysis

Produce regular reports covering portfolio performance, project KPIs, liquidity metrics, and client satisfaction. Use CRM platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools to compile and present data for internal stakeholders and client reviews.

Team Contribution

Support retention goals, customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets, upselling objectives, and overall portfolio growth. Contribute to a collaborative culture of shared accountability and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in account management, client advisory, commercial support, or analytical roles. Experience in consulting, corporate finance, treasury, banking, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a degree of independence and commercial awareness.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to produce professional documents — reports, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Working knowledge of liquidity management concepts (cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships) is a significant advantage.

Language Skills

Fluency in additional languages is warmly welcomed and considered a valuable asset. Our firm serves international clients and operates with global consulting methodologies, so the ability to communicate in languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German will support your work with cross-border clients and international projects. English fluency is required for all internal and client-facing communication.

Personal Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and professional presence.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine desire to deepen expertise in liquidity management.
  • Effective problem-solver who can translate complex client needs into actionable steps.
  • Collaborative team player who adapts well to a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe that outstanding contributions merit outstanding recognition. Our compensation structure emphasizes clarity, results, and long-term partnership.

  • Base Salary: $5,800 – $7,800 gross per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Incentive: Annual MBO bonus of up to 15%, determined by individual and team results.
  • Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy plus company holidays.
  • Commuter Assistance: Parking allowance, transit reimbursement, or commuter benefits.
  • Work-Life Integration: Hybrid schedule, flexible working hours, and a supportive, digitally enabled work culture.
  • Professional Development: Structured onboarding, dedicated mentorship from a senior colleague, access to training platforms covering financial consulting, liquidity management, corporate treasury, and soft skills. Individual training budget and support for professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or courses in cash management and working capital.
  • Office Perks: Modern workspace in Raleigh’s business corridor featuring coworking areas, relaxation spaces, periodic team-building events, wellness program, gym discounts, and a culture rooted in transparency, meritocracy, and mutual support.
  • Career Advancement: Clear pathways toward Senior Account Manager, Team Lead, and other leadership positions.

Our Selection Process

All interviews will be conducted in English. You will meet with members of our management team, the HR department, and potentially international clients. This process is designed to assess your ability to operate in a global consulting environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets.

We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Raleigh is a vibrant hub for business and finance in North Carolina — and we are proud to be part of it.
