Chief Financial Officer - Healthcare

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including 12-month rolling forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), SEC reporting requirements, and IRS tax obligations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Skills (United States Focus)

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualified, with extensive experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of US financial regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley) and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate expansion, mergers, or cross-border transactions is highly regarded.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per month
