Our mission is to deliver the perfect patient experience every time. *You’ll Make an Impact By:* Reporting to the CFO, the *Controller* is a strategic and operational leader that oversees the company’s accounting function during a period of continued growth. This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, provide audited financial statements, and contribute to strategic planning. They serve as a key partner to the CFO, the FP&A team, and senior leadership across the organization. *What You Will Do:* Accounting Operations & Financial Statements * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across all legal entities. * Drive initiatives to compress and sustain an efficient monthly close cycle. * Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GAAP financial statements for the annual audit cycle. * Oversee cost allocations supporting four-wall P&L management at the individual clinic level. * Oversee the preparation and accuracy of account reconciliations. * Analyze operating results and financial performance trends to provide actionable business insights. * Oversee lease accounting, and fixed asset management, multi-entity consolidations, and the preparation of technical accounting memos. * Collaborate with the Finance team on the maintenance of Revenue Recognition processes. * Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. * Support treas...
