Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our construction project finances. This pivotal role involves overseeing accounting functions, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with construction regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, cost control, and financial reporting, coupled with excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively. As a key member of our team, you will drive financial strategies that support our infrastructure projects and contribute to the seamless execution of complex construction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction scheduling tools to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project profitability and compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to monitor construction schedule coordination and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Schematics for project tracking and documentation.
• Lead teams in managing complex infrastructure projects by providing financial guidance, overseeing project estimation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews of construction budgets against actual costs, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay within financial targets.
• Ensure all projects meet safety standards and construction regulatory requirements through diligent oversight.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders through detailed project coordination and schedule updates.
