Credit Analyst

*AgQuest Financial Services, Inc. is a growing agricultural financial services company serving farm supply retailers nationwide. We partner with retailers to provide integrated financing and insurance solutions for agricultural customers.*

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to analyze and underwrite agricultural loan applications, reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and production history while ensuring compliance with loan policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and production data for agricultural loan requests
• Prepare credit presentations using the 5 C’s of Credit
• Ensure compliance with credit policies
• Support loan processing and documentation
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of credit underwriting experience
• Knowledge of agricultural finance and production
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial software
• Valid driver’s license
