Director of Financial Planning and Client Experience

This is a senior leadership role with two mandates. The first is to systematize our planning service model — taking the process that works today and making it documented, repeatable, and consistent. The second is to own the client experience, leading the team responsible for how clients are served at every touchpoint.

That analysis — built in *eMoney* — drives the decisions across our four planning pillars:

· Tax planning and preparation

· Estate planning and preparation

· Insurance planning and execution.
