This is more than a reporting role. You'll partner directly with leadership to evaluate trends, improve processes, develop dashboards, and provide recommendations that influence how we operate and grow. What You'll Do

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
• Develop financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, workforce utilization, and key business metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes.
• Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and performance initiatives.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. * Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Experience with QuickBooks, Intuit, or similar financial systems. * Strong analytical, pro...
