Finance Manager

Job Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead financial operations and turn clear, reliable reporting into sound business decisions. You’ll guide planning, accounting, and compliance while partnering with teams on business development and strategic priorities. This role suits a collaborative leader with broad accounting and finance experience and strong financial acumen.

Duties

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic planning; develop financial projection models and interpret results for decision-makers.
• Oversee corporate accounting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, account analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage treasury, cash flow analysis, investment management, cost accounting, cost control, revenue management, and profit-and-loss reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and regulatory reporting; apply relevant International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Accounting Standards Codification Topic 606 (ASC 606), and compliance requirements.
• Lead finance staff, strengthen accounting systems and financial software, and use Excel data analysis and other data analytics tools to support risk analysis and management.

Requirements

• Accounting and finance experience, with knowledge of financial accounting, accrual accounting, technical accounting, corporate finance, and financial management.
• Familiarity with industry financial regulations, financial markets, and regulatory reporting; public, non-profit, or governmental accounting experience is useful.
• Demonstrated leadership, finance team management, fiscal management, and strategic management skills; finance directorship experience is a plus.
• Strong financial analysis, financial report writing and interpretation, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation, and financial model development capabilities.
• Technical proficiency with accounting systems, financial software, Excel, and data analytics tools; financial services or investment experience is beneficial.

Pay: $67,400.00 - $74,400.00 per year
