Position Overview

LSI requires a Financial / Program Analyst in support of a federal customer. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and administrating financial activities within specified program objectives, ensuring that goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The position will assist in the management of all budget-related activities to include budget forecasting, tracking procurements and labor, and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage resources efficiently

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the LSI I2MAC Program to include project support, general program analysis, financial and invoicing support.
• Prepare, review and deliver financial reports and analyses as requested.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and evaluate potential scenarios.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and key drivers of financial outcomes.
• Works closely with Program Manager and Team Leads to perform a variety of financial, administrative and analytical tasks in support of the program.
• Manage invoice processing activities including creating, reviewing, validating, and submitting invoices in accordance with program and contract terms and funding guidelines.
• Track invoice status and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing transactions and support audit readiness
• Position requires strong communication and documentation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure contractual/project requirements are met for assigned programs.
• Interact regularly with internal team to compile monthly status reports and ensure conformance to customer requirements.
