You are someone with

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or professional services finance Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is an advantage Some experience with Philippines local tax processes (Direct and Indirect taxes) and BIR matters, with a view to supporting the tax function longer term Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
