Financial Controller

The Financial Controller serves as a key leader within the Finance organization and a strategic partner to the Director of Finance and Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining a robust control environment, driving tax and audit compliance, optimizing working capital, and transforming financial processes to support organizational growth.

Beyond traditional accounting responsibilities, the Financial Controller helps translate financial data into meaningful business insights that support executive decision-making. This leader develops clear financial narratives, delivers actionable analysis, and partners across the organization to balance strong financial controls with efficient, customer-focused processes.

The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing team, cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and help position Finance as a trusted business partner that enables growth while protecting the financial health of the organization.

This role requires a combination of strong technical accounting expertise, operational finance acumen, leadership capability, business partnership skills, and advanced data analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting Excellence

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Ensure timely, accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Maintain integrity of general ledger, revenue recognition, lease accounting, inventory accounting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Oversee consolidation reporting to global headquarters.
• Drive continuous improvement in close efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Demonstrated ownership of monthly and annual preparation, review, and analysis of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.
