Description

You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Financial Management Team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program success for the PAC‑3 Offset and Japan programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for delivering high‑impact financial analysis and guidance across multiple programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

* Establish and manage program cost baselines.

* Prepare Earned‑Value (EAC) analyses and present recommendations to finance leadership.

* Consolidate data from multiple financial systems to produce actionable business‑solution recommendations.

* Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior analysts and other finance staff.

* Collaborate with program managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure financial alignment with mission objectives.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash and CSR/LRP process

Demonstrate strong financial/analytical skills
