Responsibilities

• -Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and phone outreach.
• -Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• -Stay current with industry regulations and maintain compliance standards.
• -Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• -Obtain and maintain the required state financial licenses.

Qualifications

• -Must be at least 18 years old.
• -Ability to pass a background check.
• -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• -Self-motivated with a positive, coachable attitude.
• -Desire to help individuals and families improve their financial future.
• -Comfortable learning new skills and working toward personal goals.
• -Sales, customer service, education, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• -For remote positions, applicants must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
