Compensation: 115k-130k

Role

The Manager, FP&A, is a key member of the Lynx finance team and is responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for Lynx and its affiliated companies. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and other functional leaders across go-to-market, delivery, R&D, HR, and other support functions. The Manager, FP&A executes critical financial processes including monthly financial reporting and analysis, annual planning and budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking and reporting. This position will play an integral role in helping Lynx achieve its strategic goals by leveraging Lynx’s business applications to improve operational visibility and business intelligence and contributing to merger & acquisition activities.
