The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified professional to ensure compliance and excellence in proposal development for our organization. The candidate will play a critical role in reviewing and assessing price proposal inputs to meet regulatory and internal standards, while also collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality submissions and provide strategic pricing guidance.

What You’ll Work On

• Review and validate proposal team inputs for compliance with government regulations, solicitation requirements, and internal company policies , including Adherence to the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, certified cost or pricing data, the Cost Estimating System Manual ( CESM ) , FAR, and CAS.
• Assess proposal inputs and documentation provided by proposal team members, and advise on sufficiency to ensure compliance and alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as contracts, subcontracts, small business offices, program business support, compliance, and HR, on specific proposals and portfolio processes.
• E nga ge collaboratively with client teams to provide strategic pricing guidance, ensuring the development of competitive and compliant pricing strategies for proposals.
• Provide expertise in pre-contract discussions and negotiations of contract awards.
• Conduct detailed and account-based analyses of competitive costs, pricing trends, and historical bid price points for specific proposals or subaccounts.

You Have

• 5+ years of experience with pricing in a federal government environment
• Experience with various pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications, including competitive price point analysis and aspects of negotiation, accounting practice, contracts administration, or project management
• Experience pricing various contract types
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations ( FAR )
