Role Description

This is a flexible, remote internship focused on real estate acquisitions and opportunity sourcing. The role centers on identifying potential investment opportunities through local market observation, public records, and direct outreach.

Interns will be provided with a clear, repeatable process for identifying and contacting property owners. The position is designed to be flexible and can be done alongside other commitments.

Responsibilities include

• Identifying off-market properties and potential acquisition opportunities
• Conducting research using public records and online tools
• Contacting property owners and following up consistently
• Submitting and tracking potential opportunities for review

This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate acquisitions and the opportunity to participate in deal-based compensation tied to successful transactions. The role is performance-driven and best suited for individuals who are comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up.
