We’re looking for a Senior Accountant (Consultant) who’s passionate about translating financial data into strategic insights, loves working directly with business owners, and wants to make a real impact every single day.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to painting business owners by presenting clear, actionable financials.

Help clients improve net profit, optimize job costing, and understand their cash flow.

Provide tax projections and personalized strategies to help clients legally minimize taxes and plan ahead.

Collaborate with our in-house bookkeepers, tax preparers, and quality control team to ensure clients receive consistent, timely, and accurate service.

Jump into monthly client calls and build real relationships that drive business success.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 depending on experience and qualifications

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

A degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred)

5+ years of experience working with small business financials and tax

Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets/Excel

Strong communication skills—you know how to make complex financials feel simple

A proactive mindset and the ability to manage client relationships with care and clarity
