* The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation will serve as a versatile execution lead within the Finance Transformation Office. This role is responsible for driving the digital, analytical, and project management components of Ford’s Finance evolution. * The Senior Analyst will support high-priority strategic initiatives—ranging from workforce capability building to process optimization—ensuring that our digital platforms are intuitive and our transformation data is actionable. * This individual must be highly adaptable, capable of pivoting between different workstreams as the transformation roadmap evolves, and deeply committed to a continuous improvement approach.
