Position Summary

Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst and Staff Action Analyst to support the Office of the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering financial management and staff action officer support including, preparing budget documentation and financial forecasts, tracking program objectives, and drafting executive-level briefings and reports.

This position does not permit hybrid or remote work with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Prepare budget documentation and calculate financial forecasts to report key performance metrics.
• Monitor and track the commitment, obligation, and expenditure of appropriated funds.
• Define and track project objectives, milestones, timelines, and cross-functional team dependencies.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and apply critical thinking to resolve scheduling issues.
• Research, draft, and review policies to ensure alignment with organizational mission goals.
• Draft executive-level briefings, presentations, and formal written deliverables.
• Leverage Department-wide tasking systems to coordinate deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
