Sr. Manager, Finance Systems

The Sr. Manager, Finance Systems - EPM is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the end-to-end ownership, administration, and strategic direction of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite and BlackLine platform at Skechers. This individual will serve as the leader for all EPM applications, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and alignment with the broader Finance and IT strategy. The role requires a balance of deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Accounting, IT and cross-functional stakeholders globally. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the owner for the Oracle Cloud EPM suite and BlackLine, including Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), Narrative Reporting, Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) and BlackLine Transaction Matching
• Ensure all Oracle Cloud EPM and BlackLine applications are operating efficiently, reliably, and securely across the global Finance user community
• Own and manage data integrations, schedules, and mapping; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of system incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Provide hands-on, in-the-trenches support during critical finance cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and other high-demand business activities; serve as an active contributor, not just an overseer, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and the team is never without senior-level support when it matters most
