We’re looking for a Vice President of Finance who brings rigor, foresight, and leadership to every aspect of our financial operations.
### About the Role
As our VP of Finance, you’ll be the architect and guardian of our financial health. You’ll lead all accounting, payroll, tax, and reporting functions while designing the controls and processes that keep the company protected and positioned for growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working closely with ownership and senior leadership.
### What You’ll Lead
- Safeguard company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and timely payments.
- Partner with HR leadership to manage payroll for the entire organization and approve payroll coordinator outputs.
- Calculate commissions and deliver monthly residual statements.
- Prepare and coordinate annual corporate reports and ensure accurate tax filings.
- Collaborate with ownership’s accountant to provide complete financial data for annual filings.
- Support HR with benefits administration and compliance needs.
- Produce financial reports and deliver proactive analysis on volume, trends, and forecasts.
- Maintain accounting systems, records, controls, and budgets aligned with GAAP.
- Build monthly budgets, analyze variances, and report critical insights to leadership.
- Manage cash flow and monitor debt levels and covenant compliance.
- Provide financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee and contractor records in ADP WorkforceNow and ADP WorkMarket.
- Perform additional duties as needed in a dynamic environment.

- Proven ability to manage deadlines and productivity in a remote environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Expert-level Excel skills and required experience with ADP WorkforceNow.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and merchant services (preferred).
### Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of financial experience with deep operational expertise.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and processes.
### Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation for this role is $ 150,000-200,000 per year for total comp
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, and 401k with a generous match
