Header: Job Responsibilities

*Financial Reporting and IFRS*

· Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of the parent company (publicly listed company reporting under IFRS) “Financial Reporting Packages” on monthly, quarterly and annual basis including the required reconciliations and comparative analysis prepared on a consistent basis

· Preparation of local and consolidated financial statements (including statements of equity and cash flows) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including analysis of results for internal and external reporting purpose.

· Review and ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements prepared by the company’s operating business units including supporting working paper, financial data, reconciliations, comparatives and variance analysis are prepared in accordance with IFRS and the Company policy and on a consistent basis.

· Manage USA local general accounting, AR and AP functions including supervising and mentoring staff.

· Manage corporate general accounting, AR and AP functions of holding companies in the Group’s structure.

· Streamline the general accounting process to allow for quicker close and less manual intervention including supervision and mentoring of accounting personnel in remote business units responsible for the preparation of financial information.
