Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFS) is hiring three Corporate Counsel attorneys to join its Legal team that is relocating to Charlotte, NC. These roles support a sophisticated, highly regulated business operating in Canada and the U.S., and offer the opportunity to work on high-impact matters across financial services, commercial transactions, treasury and capital markets support, and strategic growth initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in two or more of the following areas: commercial finance, secured lending, financial services, corporate and securities, commercial transactions, procurement, privacy, regulatory compliance, or in-house business counseling. Two roles will be more heavily focused on captive finance, secured lending, workouts, treasury support, and new business models, including joint ventures and strategic partnerships. One role will be more heavily focused on commercial transactions, privacy, procurement, and broader operational legal support. These roles report directly to the DTFS Head of Legal.Posting Information
