Lyra Technology Group is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team at one of our operating companies, Altourage. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the finance department. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, manages the month-end close process, and assists in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.

Your work as the Finance Manager includes several components

Month-End Close and Financial Reporting

Manage and execute the monthly financial close processes. Ensure all journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Prepare the monthly financial reporting package for the leadership team.

Operational Accounting

Oversee daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and payroll processing.

Cash Management

Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow projections, and optimize working capital.
