This vacancy is within the Budget Office at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital located on Fort Campbell, TN. Expected hours of work are M-F 0730-1600. Applicants should expect to work in a somewhat fast-paced office environment with multiple analysts and one other travel personnel.

Duties

----------

• Creates and maintains routing lists, lines of accounting, traveler profiles, budgets, assigned roles and permission levels.
• Maintains documentation for Certification Officials in accordance with regulatory guidance.
• Serves as the DTS Debt Management Monitor, Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Agency Program Coordinator (APC), and the Compliance Tool Administrator.
• Provides training to travelers and cardholders within the organization.

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• This position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment.
• This position may require the incumbent to work irregular work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules.
• Position is designated as Inclement Weather Essential. The incumbent must make every attempt to report for work on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions.
• This is a DOD Financial Management position. The incumbent must complete training and meet position requirements for certification at Level 2 within 2 years of appointment. Failure to obtain and maintain certification may result in adverse action.
