We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide financial insights, develop forecasts, and support decision-making to drive business performance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: * Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. * Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; monitor performance against targets. * Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership. * Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; monitor performance against targets. * Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership. * Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals. * Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. * Support ad hoc analysis for investments, projects, and business initiatives. * Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * MBA or CPA preferred. * 5+ years progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance. * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. * Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., D365 Finance & Accounting). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis. * Advanced IT skills, VBA / SQL / Power BI /data management skills are highly desirable. * A commercial mind-set with the ability to analyze the output of models beyond the reporting of financial data, providing in-depth business insight. * Continuous improvement – a driver of transformational change. * Effective time management and organizational skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to create and manage effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. * Attention to detail – a zero-error ethic.
