The Investment Analyst role will be a key support member of the asset management team responsible for managing and monitoring a multi-billion-dollar loan portfolio secured by real estate properties located across the United States.Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Works with guidance and oversight from more senior team members.
• Performs analysis, evaluation and recommendation of actions to be taken in response to requests for consent/approval from borrowers in connection with commercial mortgage loans held in the Nationwide general account or managed on behalf of third-party participants.
• Review and interpretation of loan terms and ancillary provisions set forth in loan agreements for such commercial mortgage loans.
• Financial statement analysis for borrower entities and collateral property that secure the commercial mortgage loans, as well as, review of annual property...
