We are hiring an IT Portfolio Analyst to support the Project Management Office (PMO) by tracking IT projects, preparing reports and dashboards, monitoring budgets and risks, and helping leadership prioritize projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT project or PMO experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or PMBOK
• Experience with project reporting, budgeting, and portfolio management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience with Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow ITBM, Smartsheet, or MS Project Online
• CAPM, PMP, or other PM certification is a plus
