CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Strategic Finance to join our Finance Team in a remote capacity, where you will lead cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic finance initiatives that directly influence business performance. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, support capital allocation decisions, and contribute to corporate development activities, including mergers and acquisitions. What You'll Do:: * Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management * Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization * Build and enhance free cash flow and integrated three-statement financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis * Evaluate liquidity trends, funding requirements, and working capital performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement * Support treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and balance optimization * Maintain budgeted and forecasted balance sheet models while analyzing key balance sheet accounts and business drivers * Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro...
