Remote with NYC Metro Requirement
This role is remote; however, the individual must be based in the NYC metro area to support occasional on-site visits as needed.
Role Overview
The Portfolio Analyst supports internal stakeholders and clients by delivering high-quality business intelligence, data analysis, and performance reporting. This role focuses on transforming data from multiple sources into meaningful insights, dashboards, and recommendations that support portfolio-level decision-making and strategic planning. The position’s prioritized focus will be Retail Portfolio while also leveraging tools and functions from other service areas on the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and interpret analytical reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients, with a strong focus on portfolio and performance reporting.
- Aggregate and manage data from multiple systems to produce accurate, comprehensive analyses and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports; respond to data and reporting requests from JLL and client leadership.
- Perform trend analysis and scenario modeling (e.g., exit, maintain, grow) to support portfolio strategy and business planning.
