Real Estate Investment Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in the Metro Detroit region, for a Real Estate Investment Specialist. The responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities for existing and future clients, conducting due diligence on prospective properties, evaluating local real estate markets, and assisting with portfolio transitions. The role involves identifying property investment opportunities and providing professional insights to support clients in their purchasing decisions. Duties will also include facilitating the marketing process for vacant rental units for Parc's sister company, Parc Management, and identifying acquisition opportunities for Parc's parent company, Parc Capital. Attending networking events, trade shows, and other industry social happenings is strongly recommended for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in due diligence, negotiating, and compliance
• Proficiency in real estate and real estate investment practices
• Knowledge of the Metro Detroit market
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Fluency in French a plus, but not a requirement
• Currently holds, or has the ability to obtain within 90 days of hiring, a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License

Pay: $52,752.64 - $63,530.06 per year
