Role Overview

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic financial leader and trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited for a finance executive who thrives in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. The VP of Finance will own the full spectrum of financial planning, reporting, and operational finance, while helping shape the company's growth strategy through rigorous analysis and sound financial judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

* Lead annual budgeting, multi-year financial modeling, and rolling forecasts in close partnership with the CEO and department heads * Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions including pricing, market expansion, partnerships, and capital allocation * Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and the Board of Directors

Reporting & Controllership

* Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity across all entities * Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and banking relationships

Operational Finance

* Partner with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize revenue recognition, billing processes, and reimbursement workflows * Own cash flow mana...
