Position Summary

The Client Experience & Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that every client interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients while supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the firm.

This role is not a sales position. Instead, you will help create an exceptional client experience while ensuring our internal operations remain organized and efficient.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Experience

  • Professionally answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience.
  • Coordinate appointment reminders and follow-up communications.

Operations & Administration
