Seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated FP&A Analyst to join the finance team of a growing, private equity-backed primary care MSO. This role will report to the Director of FP&A and support financial reporting, operational analytics, budgeting and forecasting, and broader finance initiatives across a multi-site healthcare platform.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities. This individual will work directly with the Director of FP&A and gain exposure to the CFO through regular reporting, forecasting, and operational finance support. This role is expected to evolve over time as the FP&A function and broader organization continue to scale, providing significant opportunity for increased responsibility and professional growth.

Responsibilities

:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting packages at both the entity and clinic level
• Support recurring reporting processes, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and operational performance reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across clinics and corporate departments
• Analyze clinic-level financial and operational performance, including revenue & cost trends, labor metrics, and provider productivity, and develop easy to consume analyses for operation personnel to drive productivity
• Support M&A and strategic finance initiatives, including integration support and financial analysis related to acquisitions
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into business performance
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and operate independently within a lean and fast-paced finance environment
