Most real estate companies will hire you to follow a playbook someone else wrote. We're hiring you to write the playbook.
Reborn Homes is a real estate investment company in Indianapolis that buys, renovates, and sells residential properties. We're small (4 people), growing fast, and about to enter an entirely new phase. We need someone to own the most important question in our business: "What's the best way to make money on this property?" — and then make it happen.
This isn't a transaction coordinator role. It's not a cold caller role. This is the seat at the table where you decide how each deal gets executed — wholesale, novation, SubTo, or list on MLS — and then make it happen.
The 3 Things You're Responsible For
- Exit Strategy on Every Deal — Determine the highest-value exit (wholesale, novation, creative financing, MLS). Run the numbers, assess the property, make the call, own execution.
- Dispo & Buyer Relationships — Build and maintain our buyer network (cash buyers, retail buyers, agents, wholesaler partners). Manage showings, negotiate with buyers, close the sell side.
- Lender & Capital Conversations — Represent Reborn in conversations with private money lenders, banks, and capital partners. Over time, help grow our capital base.
What You Won't Do
Cold call sellers, manage CRM data entry, create social media content, handle title company paperwork. You focus on high-judgment work only.
Compensation (1099 — Pure Performance)
- Pipeline deals: 6% of gross profit → 8% after 90-day performance gate
- Self-sourced deals: 8% → 10% after gate
- Capital raised: 1% of deployed capital
- Optional ramp draw: $500–$1,500/week for first 30–60 days

$0–3K month 1 → $6–12K month 3 → $10–20K month 6 → $15–30K+ month 12
